My order was delivered quickly. The pancetta was wonderful. I sliced about half the block into cubes and fried them off to accompany a cold pea and pasta salad with my home made pesto. I haven't tried the salami yet.

The food quality is excellent .

Lots of great things on your website. Ordered some items for myself and some for a present. Little problem with a split bag of pasta was dealt with immediately - great customer service and will definitely use Artisan Italian again.

Order never actually arrived. After extensive correspondence, they do not take responsibility for it and won’t give me a refund (this against the terms of the Consumer Rights Act).

Giving two stars instead of one purely because the guy did actually respond, if only to shirk his legal responsibilities and tell me it was my problem not his.

So I don’t think it’s a scam(?) but would advise to just use any of the other online Italian delis (Delicatezza, Nifeislife etc.) where your order actually arrives; and pay via credit card rather than debit card so the payment is easier to dispute.

Originally attracted by a generous 20% off the first order, and free delivery with a minimum spend of £30, this company provides a limited range of top quality Italian products. It also stocks items hard to find on other Italian deli sites, like fresh ricotta (seirass). This is not the same soft cheese stocked in most supermarkets these days, but produced in Piemonte.

What to say about this little gem of a grocery store:

- Costumer obsessed, quick in replying emails (a few minutes really!)

- Fast Delivery

- Competitive prices

And most importantly: quality of goods. My EVO oil batch was freshly produced and had a very long expiration date.

What else?! A constructive feedback? I just hope they had a bigger selection of goods.

I made a mistake in my order and contacted the shop to see if it was possible to amend the flavour of my items. I received an email confirming I would get my preferred flavour and the items arrived very quickly. Excellent friendly service with great products. I will continue ordering from this shop.

Delivered earlier than expected 😀 (excellent job by both Artisan Italian & UPS 👍). The goods we packed superbly, ever tin was individually bubble wrapped to ensure they wouldn’t end up with a dint and the expiration dates are so far in the future not an ounce will be wasted.
Will definitely use Artisan Italian again and will highly recommend them to all.

Biscuits came well packed, I ordered 3 packs and they came in a cardboard box. Quick turnaround of order - It would have taken me longer to go town shopping to find any alternative of these Amaretti yummy biscuits
