Delivery issues.

The service from the Doctors is fine, but whole experience is let down by the delivery which took 4 days to reach me dispute paying 24 hour service. Tracking showed it being transferred up and down the country. This is not the first time. Please stop using royal mail.

Do not respond once they have your Money !

Had an appointment last year for Travel Vacination and this year wanted to check what I had last year was sufficient for this years trip. No reply to Emails, well not that made sense anyway, no phone numbers that actually work. Have made official complaint now as frankly they are terrible to deal with. My advice would be to avoid completely.

In my view your website is illogically…

In my view your website is illogically laid out and makes it complicated, took a lot longer than expected and we very nearly gave up, you only got the order over Amazon (where we found it in seconds) because they didn't have it in stock! Sorry but you need to try harder, if the item has a matching set the have a link on the page, if it can be purchased individually have the links on the page where the set is. Make sure you design the pages to suit a small screen. You can't design a website like your shops where they are deliberately confusing just to keep people there. Websites need to be concise and fast. This is my opinion and I'm sure there will be alternative views.

We purchased a car from here in October 2021, the car looked good and we decided to purchase having been assured it would have a full 140 point inspection which is actually a service fee charged separately. At the pickup time the car was ready, but as we were about to leave the salesman pointed out that the front tyre looked a bit flat and we should probably go directly to the garage and top it up, which we did and sure enough it was low on pressure. All seemed fine until the following day when it was low on pressure again, clearly it had a puncture. On closer inspection the side wall of the tyre was cracked to the point we would be concerned even it wasn’t punctured. We immediately arranged to have the tyre inspected / repaired or replaced and the fitter confirmed the puncture wasn’t repairable and even if it was he wouldn’t advise it given the side wall cracking. We then sent details to salesperson expressing our concern. We would have hopped they would have valued their reputation and paid for the tyre, but no that wasn’t the case basically emailed me and said the car passed the MOT, it was therefore safe, so basically tough luck on us. Also at the time of pick up it was raining very hard and the wiper blades needed replacing, which we did immediately replace them on the way home, else we feared we wouldn’t make it. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of the 140 inspection and not had a reply. If they missed the tyre and the wipers, what else have they missed, and with no evidence of what’s actually been looked at frankly it looks like they took the money and did nothing for it.

So, all in all we cannot recommend you purchase a car from here based on our experience. They sold a car to us with a dangerous tyre, hiding behind an MOT test result, and to make matters even worse they knew it was to be used by a pregnant driver.

Really hard to fault any part of whole…

Really hard to fault any part of whole process, found what I wanted on website, ordered then realised I forgot the discount code (B******) I said, called that was then fixed, discount added or subtracted as it were all in one call. Delivery on time, friendly driver, put it in my garage very helpfully. Can't really complain about anything. Floor is now fitted and locks superb! Recommended.
