Having a response on a review centre telling you to go to a chat bot is less than helpful , no response from evri after weeks having been told that I would hear from them within 48hrs disgusting service I won’t be using evri again , Royal Mail will get my service and I’ll advise others to do the same.

The parcel I sent still at shop supposedly awaiting collection but when I phone evri they told me all parcels are not necessarily scanned on pick up , told I’d hear by email 48hrs later and still nothing from them after weeks

Poor show on skys part , a side company ripping people off , make it impossible to leave after “free” offer
and unwittingly people are deducted money for services not used a legalised scam

Zero stars would be more appropriate, do not take up a free offer , it’s a scam , you’ll think you’ve cancelled but it’s not that simple and they will keep taking your money- a soft scam maybe as inadvertently you allow it to happen
