I love all the case options

I love all the case options that casetify has! After my first case I was hooked and only buy from casetify! My only suggestion is that the customization portion is kind of glitchy when creating your custom cases. Other than that I think casetify is great!!

I love the durability and fun options…

I love the durability and fun options for styles, but I find the website challenging (search ability can be limited and it’s never easy to return to a previous page/search), some options are extremely limited for barely older phones, and I wish there was an option to receive items much sooner than is offered or available. The quality of most of the cases I’ve purchased is very nice but getting to my purchases isn’t always easy (shopping for all of my family members). Thanks.

I love all the cool designs …

I love all the cool designs for the cases and how protective they are, I'm sure some people wouldn't like a case that was hard to get off but i do. It makes me feel like it's really protective when it's a tad difficult to get off. The only thing I was wish was for Android phones you could get all the options the iPhone has because they don't and for them to have been doing Android phones for a while now there's no reason why there's a difference.

I think the product is good

I think the product is good, I bought a case for my niece for Christmas, I have heard no complaints, and I know she still has the case on her phone. Navigating the website however is difficult. I assume product information description is in the website somewhere, but I have never come across it. Last it’s great to have so many products but I think the search criteria needs to be refined, it was just frustrating for me to find a case without just choosing black, which again is difficult to find. None the less I was persistent and got some new things coming for myself.

The service attitude is good

The service attitude is good, but the transparent part of the purchased mobile phone case is easy to turn yellow, and the side part of the mobile phone case is easy to separate from the mobile phone after long-term use. I hope these problems can be improved.

I love how they ship everywhere and not just the USA

I love how they ship everywhere and not just the USA! Out here at Disneyland and seen a lady with one, stopped her to ask about it, she showed me the website, now I have one coming in the mail to CANADA! How annoying pulling my phone out for one million pictures of my kids.

Terrible customer service, defective product

The website says 10 day returns no questions asked, but that is not true. The return process is terrible. I was sent a defective case and Casetify has not taken, issued a refund, taken responsibility or resolved the issue. I will never buy from Casetify again. The customer service process shows how little they value and trust their customers.

Slightly Dissatisfied

I ordered a case and as soon as I hit submit I noticed I ordered the wrong phone case. I went to cancel my order and reorder the case for the correct phone and unfortunately I was not able to. I sent an email for the order to be canceled and 2 days later still no response. The email was sent as soon as the order was placed so it’s frustrating the customer can’t even contact anybody for order related issues.

Overly complicated, somewhat absurd

The payment system would not accept my credit card, so I had to pay through PayPal, using the exact same card. There is also absolutely no reason for this company to require a phone number to place an order. Also, I did not tick the box agreeing to receive promotional materials, and yet I received 2 emails and a text within 2 minutes of placing my order. It's absurd.

I get all cases from casetify.My kids love the design and variety.The protection is amazing.I can’t tell you how many times my teenagers have dropped their cellphones and no cracks or scratches on their iPhones.It’s worth the money

Code Has a Timer?! Can’t Use It Now

Wasn’t aware that if I signed up, the 10% discount would only be available for 40 something minutes. What a waste. I bought a new product and I knew the discount wouldn’t work for it, but I still signed up anyways so I could maybe use the code in the future, but now I’m just going to lose it now. :(

Changed my billing address

Changed my billing address

Somehow the website changed my billing address to alabama from the actual state???? Just messed everything up. Might have to cancel my entire credit card because of a phone case. This actually sucks so bad.
