NO STARS. I don't have the printer anymore. It was deemed faulty by the supplier after only a few weeks, however I have been charged by HP Instant Ink for three months and I am not able to cancel the subscription. I have tried on line and I have emailed them several times. I am so angry about this.

Gave me information about my account without verifying me. Apparently asking someone if they are Kyle ******** (the account holder) and you saying yes i am is them verifying you. I could be anyone saying yes i am as they did not ask to confirm any details and i did not have to give them my name, they said my full name and asked am i him. Then proceed to give details of my account. completely unacceptable and i am taking action against Telstra.

Purchase online grocery shop on 9/7/23 approx 1pm for delivery the next day at 9am, quite a large shop as a member of my family has a medical procedure this week and won't be able to drive. Funds were in the bank and went into pending. Next morning I had received a message from Asda sent at midnight to say the order was cancelled. I contacted Asda who could not offer an explanation. The real problem is that the funds for my order remain pending so I unable to order again or go elsewhere until the funds are released.
