Biggest Helper in Town We have been using Poplin (formerly Sudster) for almost a year and I don't know how we survived without it before. Before Poplin, I was glued to the house doing load after load of laundry. Now, for a very reasonable price, I finally get my weekends back to spend quality time with my family. WatchRepair.net provided a rock solid shipping case with the required prepaid UPS shipping material. Once my watch was received WatchRepair.net acknowledged receipt of my watch, then shortly I received a very detailed explanation of the required repairs and the cost. That came via a telephone call and e-mail. Once the repair was completed I was contacted with detailed shipping information. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and total service provided by WatchRepair.net!

1. DHL is a very good courier company and the package arrived well 2. It was very well packed; robust, efficient, clear and intact 3. There is no washing instruction on the garment, or in the package 4. My wife thinks that all new garments should be washed to clean it of chemicals and residue. It’s taken forever to iron out all the creases after that. 5. I was surprised that it came from Pakistan (?). Nothing wrong with that, but I was looking for something Scottish. This garment is okay, but not what I expected. All info on your site indicated Scot Scottish Scotland. So that was a surprise. 6. The fabric is much much thicker than what I expected. Making it less pliable and more difficult to iron. 7. The price is very high, even more so when adding the freight. 8. It looks really well made. 9. And lesson to me; don’t buy something online that I don’t know the quality of. And don’t know the supplier. 10. The support person Sufyan is exemplary.

Good idea-however not very customer friendly. Hard to sign up for one time only Service, app “pushes” subscription service. No information provided to cancel or advise their NO REFUND POLICY until it’s too late. Would not recommend until management is more clear what terms of service and payment options /refunds are-up front.

After you order 6 boxes for $80 something dollars, they mark you like you subscribe and the next month they send another box for $30. Without authorization, these people add 2 more $60 more of products that you don't need and didn't order. They do this to everyone that orders. Why would anyone ordered 1 box when you have 6 boxes. When you order on their page, it asks if you want to subscribe and you say no. They will tell you that you subscribe. They do it to everyone. You expect to pay around $80 y finish paying them $120. When you call them, they don't answer. Will never ever order this product from them no more. And forget about emailing them, they don't absolutely nothing. They will take you for a ride with your money. Authorizing payments WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. STEALING FROM YOUR BANK CARD, CAUSE THEY KEEP YOUR CARD NUMBER TO ORDER THE NEXT TO MONTHS.
