I love Anthropologie, I shop with them in various cities/ countries. I contacted the customer service team about my quillen dining table as the table chips and scratches easily, over a week no response, last I heard it was being sent to the buying team for a response. This table is nearly a £1000 now and I haven’t had it very long, the quality is poor for the pricing regardless of how lovely it is. I just want it repaired or taken away or some form of resolution worthy of £1000 6 month old table. I think even more frustratingly, I tried to leave a review for it a few times and it won’t load. The American website has several showing this table marks easily and feel that the uk customers need to be aware of this as well. I wish I had seen that prior to ordering.

Horrible! I placed an order and payed with PayPal, a few hours later some random „store“ deducted 20€ from my account, didn’t make this payment. Immediately canceled my order and am now deleting the account and data on the app

Still waiting for my ring I ordered on the 27th of May! Have emailed and the reply is the same automated email. “Please exercise your patience” I’m sorry but I have well and truly exercised my patience! The tacking says it was shipped on the 3rd of June.But not received! Not happy. Very frustrating indeed. And read other reviews stating that refunds aren’t given.

The website says: „Enjoy unlimited complimentary shipping and returns.“ This is not true. VB charges for shipping AND for returns. Claims are useless: you won‘t get any answer.
