I had a 45 item order an I was happy until I go threw an check the items off of the customer relationship Document. Then I found an item that was listed to be in my order delivered. I went threw each item in my big box again an the item simply was not there.i contact ur customer chat an things started out ok I put all the info about the one item left out.i Sent the invoice-item#-date-order code- date an description of item. Then the customer chat person tells me as a one time only we can refund the item that was missing! Ur company has been my favorite shopping net. An mistakes happen. I didn't accuse anyone of stealing in packing ,but I kept my cool an stayed friendly to the person. I have another huge order and if anything is missing or damaged I will have no choice but to no longer shop lc. I felt so hurt that this person acted as if they did me a one time favor!! The item wasnt there an money in this economy is hard to come by an 25$ may be chump change to some but I'm on social security every penny means a lot. so I was so easy going about the mistake it was a huge order an I can forgive a mistake even thoe I truly wanted this necklace I feel it was an is extremely unfair an even mean to act like this one time only refund was something u didn't have to do!! I'm not a lier or theaf but was treated as such!! After holding it together with customer service an ended the chat I broke into tears I felt embarrassed ,an my feelings were hurt.😥 do to that fact I really couldn't get it out of my head. So I made a decision that because this has happen before items here an there empty box's ect.that if this is in fact the way shop lc will be treating this issue that if my orders in the future have something missing again then I will have no other choice but to do business with another tv jewlery Amazon ect. If my business isn't important to ur company that I order a item an told I won't be refunded for ur mistakes then that's stealing!! I have gotten many items damaged that I just said it is wat it is damaged isn't ur fault people delivering throw things around but wen I purchase something an never get it an ur company tells me that it was a one time curtious refund I might as well been called a lier an theaf!!! REALLY?? I don't lie I don't steal but I refuse to buy from anyone who can't get me my items I paid for then I might as well take 25$ out of my pocket an flush it. I really like ur items for the most part but ya can't steal from ur customers!! An I really want to know if this happens again are u really gonna tell me to bad? If I had a 2000$ ring that was not shipped but on paper was supposed to be mailed are u just gonna tell me we can't help u an treat me like a lier?? Cause I can handle ur mistakes but I can't an won't just eat the loss! That's unfair an makes people feel bad when asking to receive the item or refund an being told I'm going to only this one time but that's it!!!! I hope not it's mean,hurtful an illegal .what would u have me the customer do if this happens again? That's the biggest scariest reason not to buy big exspencive items an I guess I shouldn't buy 45 items at one time! Cause I have always gotten a one item order. But multiple items is where ur problem is!! But when I buy something damaged,used,altered, I at least got something. But when u have paper work inside listing a giant order an something is missing how is it the customers problem ? It's bad business! If this person hadn't given me the refund then I would have at least reported it to better buisness burrow it wouldn't have fixed the embarrassment or hurt feelings but would of been deserved. If ur company is teaching staff this one time refund an if it happens again we refuse to give back wats paid or the product that's a lilegal buisness. I truly hope u aren't cause ur company preaches spreading an delivering joy!! An joy isn't paying for something I really wanted an then told ur not only not getting the purchase but now we're gonna take my money an make u cry adding insult to injury!! I screen shot parts of the conversation with chat customer service refusing responsibility for future help on missing "stolen" item or money. I am not asking for anything more than fair an equal treatment it's simple I pay for joy is it to much to ask that I receive it. Thank you! Sondra McFadden

Absolutely Disappointing I ordered two Items both faulty I sended a lot of photos and a video were u can obviate see that the seems started to open because of a tiny hole. But I have to send them back on my own cost even after I already paid for so much for customs (thats not to blaim on them I already know that) U can see everything in photos and video but they say that there is nothing to see. Next step will be lawyer cause I don’t pay so much money for faulty Items!
