My wreath got lost in the mail and Julia was super responsive and created a new wreath for me without any extra charge. She was so sweet and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault whatsoever. The wreath was gorgeous as well!

Exceeded expectations with look and quick delivery. It was a replacement ornament. We found one at Bronners in Michigan for my daughter. Our dog got ahold of it while she's away for the summer and I scrambled to find replace it for her so she wouldn't freak out and be upset that her special ornament is now destroyed. I can't wait for her to see it. It's pretty identical. I'll definitely order more in the future.

TOTAL SCAM! I am trying to return a rug, but customer service is non-existent. Several times I have called the phone number listed, emailed, sent messages on Instagram and on Facebook and still have gotten no response. SO disappointing. I do not recommend this company and would NEVER purchase from them again.

Great service. Absolutely ALL plants we ordered from TreeTime have thrived, survived the winter, and grown at an enormous speed and with significant strength this spring!! A very convenient and reliable service. The website is user-friendly and helpful. Even for people like us, for whom gardening is a significant challenge due to a lack of time, we have succeeded in growing the seedlings we purchased from TreeTime. Highly recommended!

I received my rug and It looks even better in person. Hard to believe it got here in 7 days from Afghanistan, I live in Dallas Texas, That's outstanding! I joined @amethystgoddescrystals live sale on a whim as I recently stumbled on her account on Instagram. I not only found the most beautiful butterfly 🦋 on top of a pink amethyst but I also won her giveaway for the day😊. Everything was packed with care and she included scented dried roses that made everything smell so good. This company don’t reply to messages, they say shipping is 3-5 days when I waited for my item for over a month and a half later. Once it arrive even though I wanted to complain the product was beautiful! Wonderfully made. Frustrated with the wait and wanted to return but once I tried it on I could.

I have had a rug for over 10 years that I absolutely love. It had gotten threadbare, tattered and really needed to be replaced, but I could not find the exact rug as a replacement. I stumbled upon RugTrend, and they had the same rug, but the wrong size. I talked with Ayda online, and she told me to actually measure my rug, because sometimes they mis-label them. She was right!! The price was reasonable, and I was even able to use a coupon code. I got it sooner than I expected, and it is absolutely perfect!!!!
