I love Anthropologie, I shop with them in various cities/ countries. I contacted the customer service team about my quillen dining table as the table chips and scratches easily, over a week no response, last I heard it was being sent to the buying team for a response. This table is nearly a £1000 now and I haven’t had it very long, the quality is poor for the pricing regardless of how lovely it is. I just want it repaired or taken away or some form of resolution worthy of £1000 6 month old table. I think even more frustratingly, I tried to leave a review for it a few times and it won’t load. The American website has several showing this table marks easily and feel that the uk customers need to be aware of this as well. I wish I had seen that prior to ordering.

My mind is blown. I hired it for 48 hours from Morrisons. £30 plus £20 for solution. Folk complaining that’s it’s clunky are fools who expect too much. It’s a heavy piece of kit but was no hassle getting it in and out of car. Handle fold right down. It did an amazing job of my trafficked grubby carpet. It’s back to grey. I would attach pics if I could. 100% recommend. I did have to clean bottom when I got it so person before me didn’t return it clean but took me 2 mins to clean it. I will be using it annually from now on. Next time getting stair attachment.

Realy beautiful sheets and pillowcases. Received one set , but still waiting for the second set. This is no fault to the company. the problem lies within german delivery service. Hopefully I will receive it today. My friends love your products. I will gladly shop from you again.

Plagued with replica designer items Was once a great site.. now its full of scammers selling fake items or non existent items.. often taking photos off the Web. Also they have changed the way you can choose your own courier service eg unable to choose Royal mail special delivery for more expensive items and having to use the likes of inpost who have twice now lost my items... Very disappointing.

This was my second time ordering from the company, however, one of the canvas was damaged in transit. SMALLWOOD HOME was quick to address my concern and send a replacement at no cost which I have received in perfect condition. Thank you so much! SMALLWOOD HOME will always be a part of my home.
