It was a difficult time for my family. The funeral home that picked my dad up from the nursing facility told me that his cremation would be over $4000.00. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford that, and dad had no insurance. That's when I searched the internet and found Kramer Cremation. Josh took the time to explain the whole process. He was up front about everything and there were no hidden fees. They even separated my dad's ashes into 3 containers so that my sisters could have them too. The day I picked up dad's ashes went very smoothly. The lady was very kind. She opened each container to show me the name tag inside so that I knew I was getting the correct ones. I would definitely recommend to others.

The lighthouse urn is beautiful! It will be a perfect addition to our coastal decor while no one will know it’s anything other than an addition to other lighthouses in our home. Ee are so very pleased.

I would never buy anything from this company again, Very unprofessional. Went into my account 15 days before my premium was do. and then wanted me to jump through hoops to get my money refunded? You are not someone I can put confidence in.

I wish this had worked for us! After diving deeper into our ideal will, we realized we needed an attorney. However, Epic Will came very close. We received a full refund within 24 hours. It was worth an attempt to try this company's offer. 5 Star company for sure!!!

I opted for the text and email only service (although I had misgivings about this). My questions were answered quickly and efficiently. This is not a frilly service but Kramer was respectful and efficient.

Experience was great; a little nervous about buying a casket online, but everything went a lot more smoothly than I would've expected; Left notes for it to be delivered on a certain day, and called to verify all is going well... no problems whatsoever... nice price on the casket, great service!
