Our driver Napoleon was on time, professional and sadly BY HIMSELF!! He did not let that stop him! He still did his job and removed a big couch, chair and ottoman all by himself! Worth every penny and highly recommended! A+!

We were given a 12 hour window for the delivery of our porta potty that we had reserved 2 weeks prier. We were required to be there when they arrived. we waited 12 hours but they never showed up. Never informed us that they would not be delivering the port potty. This was a formal event in a field with big tents and NO porta potty. We learned a very important lesson - do not reserve a porta potty through a 3rd party. They are just middle. They were not able to find a local company to fill the order and did not have the decency to let us know. I'm guessing this is not the first time.

We have been living in this house and using this septic tan for 48 years. The house and the tank are 70 years old. This product works great for us. We have no septic tank problems.

ZERO stars - The worst dumpster experience I have ever had. The team failed to get the dumpster on site by the date promised. They do not value my teams time and failed to provide the basic service that we hired them for.

Dimension corrected the situation below and helped make it right, which was more than reasonable. I've used Dimension over 10 times for pickups, and never had an issue, but on this particular day -- the provider showed up without help, couldn't load the items and required significant assistance for loading. The quote provided also ended up being under what was charged, which has never happened before. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure future business means I would happily use them again in the future.
