We are not taking our trip to New York until April 2024, but I just wanted to say how easy it was to book our trip over the phone with the very helpful Vicki Newley ... who picked up promptly [no queueing with loveholidays.com], listened carefully to my criteria and found the perfect solution at a sensible price. She immediately followed up with an email confirmation and helpful links to relevant websites,

Eventually booked via telephone, tele sales man was very good. Wish I had been made aware of Ryanair's policy of having to verify the booking before I was able to go into 'manage my booking' I have had lots of problems trying to do this and still haven't got it sorted. Won't be booking ryanair again but will definitely use Loveholidays

A happy and pleasant experience booking through Lovehoildays. ATOL protected and UK based.
Sales advisor Cherry was very polite and efficient. The holiday confirmation for the flights, bus transport, hotel and payment invoice were sent straight away by email whilst still on the phonecall. Thank you Cherry for making the whole experience stress free. We can't wait for our vacation!

Really helpful when booking for 20 people! Lucy took the time to go through different options without being made to feel like a hassle. She looked for the best options throughout never being made to feel like you were being encouraged to take dearest options.

Just returned from 5 days in Krakow. We all agreed this was the best short holiday we have had. The flights both there and back with Ryanair were faultless. We booked hotel transfers, who were waiting for us on arrival and collected bang on time for flight home. The apartment....it was amazing!! So much more than we could have imagined, even checked booking to see how much we'd paid as we could not believe our luck. Everything we asked for was delivered 100%. Love Holidays maintained contact prior to departure and during our break. Will definitely use again, no bad points, how booking holidays should be - easy, transparent in costs and extras, no hidden payment. Could have even paid in instalments if we wanted. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Holiday was overall a good experience and we had no issues with Love Holidays. Our flights with RyanAir were fine, they were delayed but it was neither the fault of Love Holidays or RyanAir.
Hotel transport was the worst part. We’re were told the shuttle would be around 45 minutes when booking, ending up being 2 hours there and 3 hours back (longer back as there were more people). Wasn’t a big deal though so we weren’t fussed about this.
Hotel was as described and we had a great time.

We went on our holiday to Amsterdam last month and everything went extremely smoothly. I was a bit worried seeing some of the other reviews on here and I’m sad to hear that other people have been let down. However I couldn’t praise the booking system and payment plan method enough. Our hotel had our booking just fine. The only thing that let us down was when our return flight was delayed but that of course, is nothing to do with loveholidays.

I will definitely be booking with them again for next year. Thank you! :)

Vivienne at Love Holidays was excellent in every aspect of the booking .
I was then sent a forwarded email from the airline to verify myself which was very challenging. I managed to get a grandchild to do it for me but find with everything you book online it gets more difficult to book a holiday

Easy booking process and the different searching criteria works very well . The best holiday website I have found, with very good on prices too. I have used love holidays for years now, after looking at most of the other options, I always go back to Love Holidays and book with them .

The whole process of booking our holiday was easy and almost everything we asked for.the only thing you got wrong was booking our flight with Jet 2 from Luton when I asked for Manchester but I've sorted it out as there is a coach direct from Barnsley .We just need to look forward to our holiday now. I would recommend you to my family and friends for good value

Worst experience ever !!!! Do not go with LOVE HOLIDAYS staying at Xoria deluxe where love holiday rep just want to sell yiu trips then when you have problems deny they work for love holidays worst ever
Then when we took pictures as advised by solicitor they called police took my phone and deleted them
Have asked hotel manager for something on paper to prove what happened and he said no sort it out when get back to England !!!!

Don’t bother with arranging private transfer. We paid extra to wait over 20 mins at Lisbon airport to be taken to our hotel. On return we waited patently at our hotel and after 10 mins called the private transfer company to be told he would be another 15 mins. Really poor service and added unnecessary stress getting to the airport. When he arrived there was no apology just said ‘traffic’! Poor excuse!

Holiday sold as all inclusive. No snacks no ice creams drinks limited food awful and repeatable pasta in different disguises. People were spending money going to bakery next door or eating out. Tried to speak to reception about the food. In the end eventually got hold of love holidays who said I should have notified them on the first day. Said the would send me a form to complain but that never arrived. We basically paid for all inclusive and got self catering. Not happy
