It’s too bad the trolley didn’t come with an umbrella holder and a drink cup. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for those, especially given the price.

I was at the airstream international rally in rock springs wy. I called and explained my problem. There are two shiny caps on top of hitch I was told under the caps are bearings and I needed this part. It arrived after $86 shipping. After posting on facebook to see if someone could help install the new part several people said they had the same problem and pro pride sent them the two arms with the bearings already in place when I ordered the part I explain to them that I was not very mechanical. I hired a guy that did repairs and then learned it was a major job. It neared to be taken off and rebuilt on a work bench. In may of 2023 I stoped at airstream dealership in Savannah and they said they were a dealer of pro pride. They insisted I needed the new version arms. Like a sucker I bought them. After the repair guy could not fix my problem on-site in Wyoming I’m the proud owner of a new blue ox. I can’t see any difference in the towing. Goggle pro pride and see all the issues the have with water getting into the bearings!! This is exactly what we found when the guy took it apart. If pro pride would have offered and sent me the hole assembly I would have bought it and never had to buy new hitch to get home. There must be a reason airstream does not endorse this hitch. I’m so disappointed in pro pride. I had a Hensley before on my old airstream and never had problems. I hate to bash pro pride as I am a professional but this product is not with the money. !!
