Easy to follow instructions and clear information when booking. I booked via a Tui link and found it reassuring that the process was easy to follow. Car was perfect and exactly as we'd expected plus it was the newest model. 👌 There was no waiting around an pick up or drop off and staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

I booked a $1400 return flight during covid. When all the flights shut down they said they would give me a $930 flight credit. I've just gone to use it but they said it's too late now and that it expired. I have had long covid for years and so have been unable to travel. There is no one at the company I can contact or complain to about this as the chat is automated and there is no number to call. NO COMPASSION. NO ONE TO TALK TO. Disgusting they literally just stole $1400 of my money.

There was no company that had a car for me to get back home from and I found this site not only was it super fast and easy to use but partnered up with the rental car company made my check out so simple and easy!

They claim that they have done the refund, but it has gone more than 6 weeks now and still no refund. They come up with various excuses, and promise that the refund has been done, but they cannot send any proof that a money transfer has been made. I also contacted their customer service, and first got a reply that it was refunded, and later an email saying they will look into it. I have requested an update several times, but their customer service doesn't respond anymore. Do not rent cars from this company, you might not get your deposit back.

Don't book a car with this company they are crooks and if you do always read the small print in their contract. We were charged for SCDWK after we returned home, it was printed on the contract, we didn't ask for it, neither were we told about it. We already have and excess insurance policy. We booked this through Auto Europe who said there was nothing they could do because we signed the contract, my gripe with them however is this won't be the first occasion Firefly has done this so why do Auto Europe continue to work with them?
