Qlink is without a doubt the best provider I've known & I'm 51 years old. The phone I have is old & screen is cracked but as soon as my disability kicks in I'm gonna get new phone definitely with qlink wireless. Every question answered every bug fixed nice courteous, & professional courtesy reps. Thank you Qlink wireless you're the best!

After working with other providers, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service department at QLink. I was able to speak with a knowledgeable agent who took the time to fully explain my options.
Also, the agent was able to fluently speak my language. I will recommend all of my friends and family to give this company a chance to impress them as I was!

Easy and convenient form to fill out. I've been with a particular cellular company and not once did they employ my ACP application with and active status. I finally gave up with that past company and am hoping to have success with Q Link.

Great service, I’m 67 years old I most of friends have past away I use this phone for my doctors appointments and to get my medication when I don’t have appointments they don’t call me and I don’t call them. My kids call me sometimes mostly they stop by to check up on me. What I don’t understand is why I have to make 1 call a month when it not needed y’all got my paperwork I get Social Security and can’t backup everything on it.

You did amazing job keep up the great work. In my experience I love everything about it cause I get unlimited text calls. But I know that to keep my data go on is text more out people so I did as my friend told me. so far 4 months later these phones starting act up non-fiction I'm still figuring that out until today but everything else is alright

If it were not for QLink, I would not be able to keep in touch with my family, or have access to my Doctors. The service reps are always helpful, and I just think this is the best program for people who can't afford cell service because of living on fixed income. Thank you for all that you do, as I am taking classes online, and I would not have been able to go back to school without QLink. Outstanding service.

Q-Link service has always been available in the areas Ive been in. Im very low income and hope to upgrade my phone, I use an old alcatel phone but like I said, Q-Link perfect every time....thank you for the great coverage!!!

Have great phone service. Had to go for unlimited internet though and pay. But better then no internet. Free one was so slow couldn't download updates. But all and all great.
