Ordered the Toric 3x15x42, three days later had it in my hands. Haven't had a chance to sight it in yet but can't wait. Service.was fast and friendly, notification of shipment was quick with tracking number. Product was exactly as ordered. Will be looking to order again soon for other scope replacements.

Stay away from custom orders. They cut my target the wrong size (after email size confirmation stating it will be my specified and prepaid dimension). It was an 1 1/4" too short. Instead of being honest and owning up to it and doing the right thing (cut one the correct size that I paid for and send it to me) they gave excuse after excuse. They should have never shipped it. They knew it was wrong and made a greedy decision by saying...we won't tell him about it looks good enough for us go ahead and ship it ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL THE LAW IS ON OUR SIDE! I returned it and had to pay the $72.00 shipping for their mistake. Very dishonest, deceptive and disorganized company. I did everything I could to be clear and organized on my part and they could care less. I couldn't believe it when I opened the box. I sought legal advice and they said forget about it. Very arrogant company. Find somebody else if you need a custom size! They will be careless and make the mistake AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS!

Damnit. I really didn't want to have to write this review. I've ordered from them twice at this point. The first time I ordered an airsoft gun ($230.00) which was about 2 weeks late causing me to miss the event I originally ordered it for in the first place. The second time which I literally just sent the email to them for; I purchased a "swag" pack ($10.99 with shipping) and they sent me an empty white usps bag.... Quality control at Airsoft GI is incredibly bad right now and I just cannot recommend anybody use it till this is rectified. If they ever fix their issues I'd give them a 3rd chance but for now I'm going to stick with Evike.
