I really wanted to like these shoes they are so light and pink However the padding around the heel is nonexistent and as I played tennis yesterday the toe in the sole seem to disappear so felt like my toes dropped off any padding . I have narrow feet so only wear Nike and with these I had to tighten them so much so my heel would stay down and not cause blister from rubbing up and down.

I've shopped at the local H.S. store for decades and now also shop there online. They have a great selection of shoes for most activities as well as almost all tennis gear. The staff members are very helpful. Online orders are delivered fast and accurately.

There is a UK version of this site online, everything replicated. This second site is a total scam taking money with fake address and telephone number. The US company should be taking responsibility and regularly searching their own domain to identify fake sites or scammers, and alert the authorities, but hasn't/isn't doing that. These scammers are using your products and prices and ripping lots of people off. Please do better from this point onwards. Buyers beware and don't purchase from UK site.

Works great on my arthritic hands & knees I work it in about a half hour before I pick up a tennis racket. Does the job for the next two hours plus Been using the product for almost five years now! I keep coming back.

I visited the store as named as one of the best in the kingston area. The shop is small and has a limited shoe selection to start. I went there with the intention to buy a racket but as I started to looking for the sticks the sales assistant/owner came over and started to put the rackets back on the shelves. Also he ‘offered’ me a £20 consultation which I did not need as I was heading for a specific model. His attitude put me off and left for another shop. Maybe he had a bad day…or maybe not. I left my money with somebody more charming

First 2 demos purchases went well. After purchasing the third demo, I received an email stating that they expect my demos to be in stock 7-10 days. I tried to cancel by replying and even sending another email but no response. The order still shows "Received" after 6 days. I had to call to cancel as there is no way to do this on the website. Hopefully the cancellation will be completed and refunded. Not a huge deal, things happen but it is good to have a better idea of the status of items in "stock" and status updates. Especially if you are trying to schedule demos around the weather.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.. THEY OWE ME A MONTH'S WORK. THEY HAVE MY SS# ON THE W9 I SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PAY ME. THEY OPENED A SAMSUNG CREDIT CARD USING MY HOME ADDRESS THE SAME ITEMS I INSPECTED AS SUPPOSALLY RETURNS. I have filed a complaint with the FBI as well. The names I have are the following: Joann Harp Kathleen Hanley, and Nancy Hatfield. No one will return emails or phone calls.

Michael is a great coach- he is very patient and makes learning the game fun for both kids and adults. Ive taken lessons from him for many years and can't wait until my daughter is old enough to take lessons from him !
