You couldn't make this up..
You couldn't make this up... three weeks after returning 2 pairs of shoes (one of which had marks on so weren't wearable) and following a phone call to confirm they had received both pairs, as they were in the same parcel and on the same order number, I have been refunded for ONE pair only. I have no shoes, been charged twice for postage - once to send out and once to return - and now am still out of pocket. How is this possible? Yes, I have contacted Hotter with my order number but am so fed up that it takes emails, phone calls and reviews on here to get any kind of action and even then still no justification as to why I have to pay twice for postage.
