This company is engaged in a campaign to force sellers into selling to buyers outside the U.S. The allow you to block other countries in your eBay settings but that only actually blocks buyer shipping addresses from those countries. Buyers who have their country blocked simply have their items shipped to a U.S. freight forwarding company to bypass those seller preferences. The order page for items purchased by these foreign buyers does not state they are international buyers. eBay hides that fact. Sellers are forced to search Google for the address provided to determine if its a freight forwarding company, which would indicate that its a foreign buyer. Checking the buyer's eBay account is not reliable as this may falsely indicate that they are located in the U.S. eBay also recently added a new version of their own International Shipping Program to seller's accounts with sellers opted into the program without telling the sellers about this. Do not believe eBay regarding their claims about items being shipped by sellers to freight forwarding companies being covered by eBay's Seller protection. There is no Seller Protection on any item sold on eBay, even those shipped within the U.S. That is because the buyer can file a complaint with their bank, credit card or payment processor that is entirely separate from eBay. The buyer is free to make anything up and it will be approved without any actual investigation. I am unable to sell items in certain categories as they are repeatedly purchased by foreign buyers using freight forwarding addresses. Each time this happens I have to research the buyer's contact information on Google, cancel the listing and relist it. This has wasted many hours of my time and it no longer makes any sense to list any items. This also ties up my funds form other sales in order to cover the refunds for these unwanted purchases. eBay refuses do anything about this because all they are concerned about is making a commission on the sale and not the safety of the seller. By refusing to anything about eBay is trying to force sellers into international shipping using freight forwarding companies. It no wonder this company lost 12% of all buyers on one quarters and 9% in the next quarter. It is not wonder why eBay has dropped to the #3 spot behind Shopify and amazon. They mistreat their users and show a total disdain for them.

They came out to install and climbed on the roof. Told me that I did not have line of sight and couldn't install it. There is a repeater across the street from my house and a main antenna within sight of my house. I can't understand why they can't install it.

They cut $30 from my account because I haven't made any transactions with my account. The subject seemed scammy to me. They are taking $30 per year for their card it's acceptable but they are deducting $30 for not making transactions! It's totally unsatisfying, I think they should change this rule.
