The Breakthrough Author course was extremely fun, easy to follow with clear manageable steps, it was fast-paced and gave the right amount of accountability to motivate me to actually get started on my book. Each week drew you through the process and I feel I now have a really clear idea of how to structure my book, how to shift my mindset to create the self-belief that I can do this and finally how to get it published once finished ! Which is much simpler than I had ever imagined. Before starting, I had a vague idea but by the end of the course, I had a full outline and had written my first chapter! Thank you so much Sai and the Coach Foundation team. This was by far the most fun I have ever had on a course. I just now need to keep motivated and continue on my author journey. This course gives so much value I would highly recommend it so much that I have already recommended it to everyone anyone I know who has an interest in being published!

I am unable to log in and the Forgot Password button does not send me the reset password link. I have no means of contacting them whatsoever. Every time I inquire, they send automated replies and mark my query as solved, even if it hasn't been resolved. I have points in my account but no way to retrieve them.

Its a perfect medium to upload and share your documents to the world. I really love the platform. The downside is the limitation of 5 free uploads, it should be more than that.

They have a no money back policy. After paying for certain tools they are asking for watsapp details facebook details. Even in the screen they are asking to connect watsapp and FB. However even after giving them they are asking through FB messenger for all account details like LinkedIn,twitter Instagram etc. They are just keeping a clause that 'if customer doubts or hesitate to share details due to privacy concerns they can buy other tools'. My question is without telling so and so accounts will be verified how customer will know what will be verified? I think they should be more transparent about what information they need before payment so customers have an option to choose them or not.

They came out to install and climbed on the roof. Told me that I did not have line of sight and couldn't install it. There is a repeater across the street from my house and a main antenna within sight of my house. I can't understand why they can't install it.
