The standard questions are easy to access in the portal and to be answered. I was very grateful in receiving very good email support with special questions on healthcare and some specifics. That was very helpful and saved me a lot time.

I worked 8 hours, my time card at my job says I worked 8 hours. Dailypay says I only worked 4 hours. I don't think they are actually getting payroll information from employers because the amount they say I make in a week is always the exact same amount no matter whether I work overtime or not. It showed a higher balance from a day I worked some overtime earlier in the week, but then at the end of the week shorted me 3 hours and said it expected me to make the same amount as if i had just worked 40 hours and I REALLY needed that money at that time. Beware too that if you stop using dailypay or cancel it, because they become your bank account where your pay is direct deposited then they send your remainder pay from their Wells Fargo account to your regular bank account, your employer will have to send you a paper check when the dailypay account is removed and you switch back to your actual bank account for direct deposit. At least that is how it worked for me.

NCSA has been very helpful in many ways but what I’m most thankful for is how easy it is to get a question answered and fast. Anytime me and my dad had an issue we didn’t hesitate to ask NSCA for help and they never hesitated to give us the information and resources we needed.
