I had dropped trugreen because the services I was getting and was talked into coming back to give them another try. The first service was supposed to happen today and received a texted saying they arrived so I look to see where they were walk out the door and received a second text stating they could not complete

Initial visit by tech was positive but when I called to schedule the 3 week follow up visit the queue was so long that I left a message but nobody got back to me. I tried calling again the next day and left another message. I also tried to get someone on the phone and after being told that the wait is 'only' 11 minutes I decided to wait in line. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting and the queue doesn't seem to be going down very fast.

Basically, if they take $300 % , you will end up owing them…much better for buyers, than sellers…especially if the bid is low but, you, the seller, will end up getting some items removed but, the end result for you is near nothing or you owe them, which is ridiculous …have a weekend yard sale and be in charge of what & where you want to sell items…the price line for their »effort » , is not worth the time financially or mentally…and the end result is not pleasant

I am new to strip lighting. In an effort to match existing lights, I put in an order with Communitylightingsupply. Eli at Community Lighting Supply flagged my order, contacted me via email. He worked with me via email and phone to get exactly what I needed. In my experience, this was very unusual proactive effort to get my order right. I'll be putting in more strip lighting, will order again and recommend Community Lighting Supply.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff
