A technician 'checked out' the problem - took just a few minutes, made a phone call and told me the part needed was no longer available. I did some research, and even though the fridge is older, parts are still available. I bought a new fridge, which I don't like as well but I needed it right away. You tell me what you think. Were they not interested in fixing it or just too lazy?? Nothing was explained to me.

On June 26, I had a scheduled service call as my washer was not draining. The technician was in touch with Cinch and told me the washer would be replaced rather than repaired and that someone would be in contact with options within 24-48 hours. I followed up today, July 9, after returning from a vacation where I had minimal access to phone and email. I returned to ZERO communication from Cinch via phone, email or mail. On my call to customer service today , I learned that no progress was made on my claim until July 6-7 when it was sent to research replacement options and it will be another 3-5 business days in research before learning of options. That will be 3 weeks lost time - at least - no idea how long the replacement process will take. Seems to be ZERO urgency from Cinch in me having a working major appliance. I understand there are processes but the lack of progress and urgency is unacceptable.

I reported an electrical issue on June 2, 2023. They “assigned” a contractor but that contractor never came on the assigned date. I have followed up with Armadillo multiple times over the last month via online chat, online message, phone call, and email. No one returns my emails, I get voicemail, and the online chat person just says they will notify “dispatch” but nothing ever gets done. I just want this electrical issue fixed so I can cancel coverage ASAP.

American Home Protect, LLC sent a solicitation through mail with my information, including my name, address, mortgage lender, and home purchase date, claiming that my home warranty policy may expire soon, and failure to call them within 10 days of receiving this mail piece will endanger me being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs.They sent this mail piece to disguise themselves making me believe that I need to renew my home warranty with them. I never had a business with this company, but they threaten me with the some public information to make me believe them that I am endangered to lose my home warranty.With fine print, they claims that they are not affiliated with my mortgage company. In the front page of their mail piece, they used my mortgage company name to disguise themselves and cheat on me. This is definitely a scam mail piece.This is totally a scam. I do ask American Home Protect, LLC to change their advertisement strategy, not sending this scam mail piece.
