Ordered a couple of things which turned up after a while. The clothes were a bit baggy and shapeless, so I decided send them back. Website says you need to 'initiate a return' (i.e. request it) before they send you a returns label & address. I did that weeks ago, and received nothing - no acknowledgement email, nothing. No reply to subsequent emails. No listed phone number. Absolutely no way to contact, and, apparently, no way to return items. Looks like a scam to me. I will be contacting my bank to initiate reclaiming the money if I don't hear back from them within the next 24 hours.

Attention people! Definitely don't buy here! The goods correspond to SheIn quality and are far too overpriced. The sizes are way too small! The right of return of 7 days is criminal, for online shops it MUST be 14 days! The customer service does not want to help at all, but has ready-made rejections!

Plagued with replica designer items Was once a great site.. now its full of scammers selling fake items or non existent items.. often taking photos off the Web. Also they have changed the way you can choose your own courier service eg unable to choose Royal mail special delivery for more expensive items and having to use the likes of inpost who have twice now lost my items... Very disappointing.

I really love the clothes from here.Sizes are true beautiful styles and colour not drab.The only thing I wish when you buy it would change money over so you know what's your spending before it goes thru bank.Im definately buying more.Yes it takes about a month to W A bit worth it.

I emailed your customer service department about a bag with moldy like stains on the interior of one bag. Wanted to know what they could do to help me. I have checked my emails and see no response. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that I have not received a response. I need someone to contact me regarding this problem immediately. If I had not had this problem I would’ve rated you 5 stars.
