I found Elecology easy to deal with and professional throughout. They gave me some advice about selecting the right charger for my needs and answered the few questions I had. On the day the installation was problem free - the engineer was at my house very early, he explained the few choices I needed to make and then got on with it swiftly and showed me how everything works when it was complete.

We love our customized floorplan from Truoba! Customizations were fast and easy and look great. All correspondence was clear, concise, and replies were quick. The entire process has been exceptional. If you find a Truoba floorplan you're interested in but think you might want a few changes, I would highly recommend contacting them. They have been great to work with!

Jake Stempel hung with me to solve a problem I was having getting historical project data into BT. He was quick to answer my questions and gave super clear instructions on how to fix the problem. Also, I appreciated that he explained where BT was pulling data from so I would better understand the bigger picture.
