For the past four years, my team has been using doorwins group companies in Greater London, Buckinghamshire and other surrounding areas, and I want to be as honest as possible. In the past, there have been some bad times, such as when Corona hit, all supplies were put on hold, and recently, the snow just slowed our entire project down due to windows and doors deliveries. However, we have never experienced a refund or resupply issue, nor have we worried about quality or final delivery.

Bought a refrigerator from Home.depot....I understand that they are short staffed..took over 2 weeks for delivery. .When it got delivered the delivery guys said they could not install the ice maker because the water line they told us to purchase was incorrect ... So they had me sign a waiver ..it was just stupid because it waa the water line they told us to buy ..Anyways we had a plumber come over to fix something else in our house and installed the ice maker ..the water line worked ..not sure what the hell these guys were talking about ???

The package came damage and this is not the 1st time we have ordered from them. In addition the package we have order has been delayed 4/5 package has been sent. It's been over a week and we can't seem to find out where the package is missing. They told me to just wait if they had good customer service they would either attempt to track it themselves and follow up with the customer. These products are not cheap but to need focus on packaging your product well is an improvement. For now they have a good marketing for the wood veneer products. I wish there customer service would be better for builders and contractors.

I’ve been a customer for at least 40 years and you could order and get your frames the next day or the day after….now it takes weeks so sometimes l just go buy the pre cut ones….tha customer service was great for artist who aren’t the most organized…l also miss the shows in the lobby.
