Always a great experience. Only two things could make it better. 1. A bit more ease of being able to talk to a tech about highly specific questions relevant to making a purchase. 2. If you could sell the stretchlon 200 vacuum bag in 50" width so it's not subject to the oversized shipping. I buy alot at once but sometimes nesr the end of a project i get in a pinch where I just need a yard and can't afford to buy a full several month supply at that moment. It's either pay $41 for a yard of it, compromise the project, or go logging for money trees. Thanks!

I ordered a knife and got an e mail saying it was delivered, but it wasn't at my apartment, and it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Tokushu to see if they could track it or find out where it was, and they just sent a replacement, which i did receive. They were very helpful, I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new knife!

I received my order of custom trousers last week, although I was expecting it last month. The design seems okay and fits somewhat similar to what I expected. The pockets are spacious, and the fabric is, But please make sure to deliver the order right on time next time. Overall, the fabric and clothing line is good.
