I bought my LS-1416 with 60 watt tube in 2017. With that being said I have had excellent results and unit is still running as well as the day I set it up. Use it on average 15-20 hours a week. Never had a problem with the machine but have had several operator induced errors that BOSS helped me correct. Always felt as if I was the ONLY customer they had and they bent over backwards to solve my stupidity. Your equipment and service should be a model for others to TRY and copy. Thanks BOSS.

I've bought several pair the last few years. The last time I gave them a totally wrong prescription. Used my wife's. Called to explain my error. They said no problem we will remake at no charge. I'll be ordering 2 pair after eye exam next week.

The glasses are great, but the packaging leaves something to be desired. When I opened the box, one of the glasses went flying out and broke on the table. then, even knowing how they were packaged and trying to be careful, it almost happened again. I now have 3 glasses vs. the four that I wanted.

The package came damage and this is not the 1st time we have ordered from them. In addition the package we have order has been delayed 4/5 package has been sent. It's been over a week and we can't seem to find out where the package is missing. They told me to just wait if they had good customer service they would either attempt to track it themselves and follow up with the customer. These products are not cheap but to need focus on packaging your product well is an improvement. For now they have a good marketing for the wood veneer products. I wish there customer service would be better for builders and contractors.
