I ordered 6 Frucata Rainbowfish and under comments specified I requested 4 females and two males. The listing and most fish retailers suggest 1/1 or 2/1 female to male ratio. I received all females and the were missing portion of their fins and showed early signs of ich. I quarantined and treated the tank to save them but 3 have died and the others are covered in ich, poor things. I emailed customer support twice with no response. Sick fish and horrible service. I'm never ordering again.

1 star is being generous! The carpark was so full people were parking everywhere and anywhere. The wheelchair bus that took us got blocked in, we told a member of staff who said they will sort it and never did. Not alot of actual marine life! Loads of info post and models of fish etc. Disabled access was good and the toilet facilities had a hoist, movable bed and space. They didn't filter people in so we kept getting too many people looking at something at one time and this made it hard for the wheelchair user and younger children to see. Overall not too sure if we would go again, don't think it was worth the money!

Hi Rose, I had a great walk round this afternoon. We saw lots of Brown Hares but no Deer. I'm specially interested in birds we saw a pair of Mallard and a pair of Teal. Missed the Barn Owls. I wish Curlews still nested on your farm. I'd like to bring my grandson Kit to look round sometime. I would have given 5 stars but it was a a bit wet and cold. Thanks Stuart

I like the look of this companies bird feeders so I decided to give them a try and ordered a recycled hopper feeder. The quality of the feeder was okay but there were a few issues. I wrote Kingsyard since they advertise a lifetime warranty and got no response.

I often take my cat around so having a place where pets are allowed is great. The arrangement is well, the staff is very dedicated.Had a great time

Amazing staff, and the happy hour :) If you plan on going a few times get the membership, its much cheaper.
