Rose in sales chat argues with you and gives answers that are not truly straight forward and the whole process was difficult to get answers to exactly what we needed. This is a very high-pressure sales business. After a supervisor called me directly and requested this review to be taken down and promised me the moon to do so, I stood firm on my promise to edit the review after he did his part. That's part of the way you review things after following through, and I will continue to stand by this review if the product or promises do not happen. I was also promised that he would make sure everything worked before it shipped, I hope this is not the way they get rid of the bad, open box, or returned stock. Now I have to prepare to find a place to store the moon if the supervisor does in fact make this happen.

My show nerves were getting so bad that I was not enjoying showing and dreaded going. These products have completely changed my show experience. I now actually look forward to a show. When I am riding I am much calmer and more focused on what I need to do. I even smile while riding! The sense of calm you feel is amazing. My scores have been going up! I can't recommended Alta Jets highly enough. From booking to landing at our destination, the entire process was seamless. The planes were spotless and nicely stocked, of course. But the thing that set Alta Jets apart from others is the service. When booking, Nick made things happen quickly. He provided exactly what we wanted, but he went well beyond that and anticipated what else we actually needed, which made for a far better travel experience. One trip in particular was to transport an extremely sick passenger on their way for specialized medical care in a different city. It was time sensitive and stressful. The pilots had obviously been alerted and added personal kindness in excess of their unwavering professionalism. To feel that safe and cared for during such an emotional time was above and beyond. I trust Alta Jets for top travel every time.

Some of the items I ordered have held up really well and continue to be some of my favorite pieces of riding gear, while others have had durability issues and needed to be replaced sooner than I would have liked.

You get what you pay for. This is meant for more novice horse riders or experienced riders. It’s the quality you expect for a saddle this price, and It’s easy on the wallet especially when I dont want to spend over a $1000. Just needed a good saddle for a horse I’ve been working, he’s average size so I got a full quarter bar and it fit like a glove. Got it real fast too
