Firstly my dog loves the freshpet products. My issue is that I cannot purchase these in any of my local stores, and this is ongoing. I have spoken to your customer service team, who said there is distribution issues and been told to complain to the store manager!!!! This really does not help me!!!, I'm sure you realise that changing dog food is not good for your dog and they should maintain a regular diet. Maybe a goodwill gesture of sending me some of the products we use, until stocks are replenished. The online products are subscription only and large amounts. I would be grateful for your help.

Item was very cute and came out exactly like the photo. However one of the 4 prongs to the popsocket came broken and so the popsocket comes off and doesn’t stay on the attachment piece very well. Website said no refunds or replacements for customized items so dissatisfied.

Usually one type is more expensive, but I order from here to just use one vendor at a time for delivery delivery purposes. >>Sometimes out of some of the cat food we need and we have to wait and keep checking until it is back in stock. >>Most recent order of 4 cases of 5oz and 1 case of 3oz had several dented cans with 1 can dented so bad the top was popped open and we had to throw it away since we didn't know how long it was opened. >>The above usually happens when we order more than 2 cases of 5 oz at a time. >>I think it is the carrier that probably causes the above problems though.

Since I know THS I feel free to travel again.... Before I always worried about my cats, but on this platform I found so many nice people that cared for them! It is a pleasure! And the cats are happy, too, not being alone, just fed once or twice a day! It makes a huge difference!
