I was so satisfied with it that i bought another pair a few months later at a different working distance (one for surgery when i stand and one for when i'm sitting). Initially i was a bit sceptical due to the price difference with all the other companies but the 30 day return policy for a custom product made me take the chance which i haven't regretted to date!

This was my first time in the store it was referred by a friend after I couldn't find the perfume that I was looking for come to find out its the ONLY Store Where I Can Purchase It. The Customer Service was great thanks to Felicia I walked out with not only one but three perfume that is AMAZING.

Despite receiving my kit mid Feb, I have been extremely hesitant on starting the treatment. First of all, I was very rushed into signing and giving my credit card info to send in the scans despite the adamant advertising that "the first visit is free", and was told if my scans showed that my teeth would not be good candidates for treatment, it would be cancelled and no charges put through. I had hoped it would get cancelled, but after looking into reviews it seems the company rarely ever turns down even bad-off teeth. This is extremely concerning, and so I kept putting off starting the treatment until I could get a dentist appointment to figure out if my teeth were cavity free and in good health to start, but have not been able to get an appointment. (I was also not asked nor encouraged by the 'technician' to get a checkup by an actual dentist before having my credit card info taken, despite learning after the fact they are supposed to do.) Another thing, I was asked what type of treatment I wanted, day or night, and I wanted the nighttime aligners, but received a 22hrs/day daytime plan. I don't know if my preference was disregarded or not feasible, but if it is not possible to do the nighttime aligners for my plan then it is another reason I can't go forward with this, as I know I would not be able to keep up with wearing them whole days, everyday. Also, I have started treatment just last month, because I started receiving messages that say my warranty will expire? I was not aware that it could "expire" and that seems ridiculous for something I am paying over $2000 for, almost $100 a month. Make sure you speak with a real dentist before pursuing this treatment and don't sign whatever they give you.

I’ve been using SNOW products for a couple of years and have never had an issue ordering before. I live outside of the US and the product I wanted was not showing as being available. When I contacted customer service, they processed the order for me and were SUPER helpful! Best customer service I’ve had in quite some time.
