They started out great when I started using their services a few years ago. Within the last 6 months though the customer service and care has declined greatly. They mishandled my last refill, causing it to get filled nearly a month late. And, I had to go to a local pharmacy, which completely defeated the reason why I signed up with them in the first place (mail service). Then, when I discussed a perimenopause symptom with them, they suspended my prescription without notice. Perimenopause is a normal phase of life. The lack of support was insulting. There are other companies out there, so there is no need for anyone to use Nurx.

They destroyed my life! I had been working for Shiftsmart for 8 months, getting promotions, and even training people. Then one day I was not allowed to pick up shifts due to something that came up on my background. After over a week I finally got ahold of someone and they said I have two criminal counts out of Michigan. I live in Texas and have been to Michigan twice my whole life and never had any issues. I have applied to multiple other gig jobs and they all use Checkr. Because of them, I now sleep on the floor of my disabled mother’s one bedroom living room floor. Now I have no clue how I will pay for my meds. The ceo is worth 2.2 billion so he could care less the hundreds of lives he has ruined. I signed up for Uber but because they changed the pending date 5 times without me being able to work, my car is gone. In the mid 2000’s I could get a background in a couple of days. I HATE this company with every fiber in my being! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted an attorney, Find one that will go after federal companies because checkr has federal backing of course.

I ordered a drug and alcohol test, but only received results for drugs?? I also never received confirmation that the employee went to the location for testing. Barcode was never scanned?? Challenging first try of your service.

Subscribed to the premium kit as it not only give a more holistic analysis but for the annual new report as well. But it has been 2-3 years, did not receive any new report till date. The new revamped website has taken away that perk too. Please deliver what is being promised and for any changes, customers should be informed or at least an apology is expected.
