Agent Anna was matter of fact and answered pleasantly and relatively quickly, although I didn't get the feeling that Anna she had a great deal of knowledge about the product. I made a couple of suggestions that would have helped me and perhaps others in the ordering process. One was to include listing any additional product parts or accessories (sleeves, etc.) if available whether you have them in stock or not. The other suggestion is to show a preview of how the credit card sales invoice will appear. Overall, a good experience.

Got seen and medicine in hand in less than an hour so much better than ER or in person visit but she forgot the pain meds she promised and I wish doctors could prescribe stronger medicines bc now when I’m in pain I have to be near death to get anything that actually helps if you’ve had an inner ear infection that’s so bad it’s pressing on your jaw and making your teeth, eyeballs and sinuses hurt…you need real medicine but she did prescribe some really strong antibiotics that helped eventually but I wanted to die for like 3 days and experienced a fair amount of nausea and vomiting 🤮

They started out great when I started using their services a few years ago. Within the last 6 months though the customer service and care has declined greatly. They mishandled my last refill, causing it to get filled nearly a month late. And, I had to go to a local pharmacy, which completely defeated the reason why I signed up with them in the first place (mail service). Then, when I discussed a perimenopause symptom with them, they suspended my prescription without notice. Perimenopause is a normal phase of life. The lack of support was insulting. There are other companies out there, so there is no need for anyone to use Nurx.

I watched a video on QuickMD and was seriously impressed with the services they offered. Being a single mom with little child care help and no vehicle, this is a GAME CHANGER. The service seems professional and eager to help their patients. I love that.

I did not have a consultation. I cancelled my consult weeks ago both in writing and over the phone, not once, but twice! Still waiting on my refund for my cancelled consultation. Terrible service!!!!!
