I was not notified there was an unexpected four day delay in shipping my order because the servers at comfort medical lost my insurance information. They should have called me immediately and I could have helped out in order to receive my order on the date I was given/when they were needed. I called five times in a day to confirm my insurance was billed correctly and no one picked up. A different day I reached a messaging service that promised to call me back within 24 hours and I was never given a call back.

Thomas was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the process of purchasing my diabetic strips. I’m always skeptical about buy for cash options but this a real legitimate business. I’ve been dealing with a financial strain but the company was right on time. The amount I received for my 12 boxes was a real pay day especially when you are struggling to make ends meet for your family. I’m grateful and thankful for finding this company. Customer service was great and the payment process was fast. I have already referred my family and friends!!
