Stood up several times! I was charged up front. On 7/1 i was stood up when the therapist never logged on. We rescheduled for 7/5. The therapist then canceled 10 minutes before the session ( i was already logged on). We rescheduled only for Betterhelp to cancel again. They have charged me already yet haven't actually provided any services. You're better off dealing with a therapist directly. Do not use Betterhelp.

I was an unfortunate transfer from pill club, If I have no had extra packs of pills I would have gone at least 2 months without any because of their processing time claiming they had insurance issues. I ended up having to have them send it to the pharmacy cause I started to miss days because I ran out of pills. That was last month, and now this month I'm having to message customer service again to get them to send it to the physical pharmacy cause last night was the last pill I had, so I'm going to at least be missing today's pill and maybe tomorrow I'd they've yet to respond to me when I messaged on Tuesday and it's currently Saturday. I'm glad I got them not to charge me the yearly fee since I was a transfer, I would have been way more pissed if I'd paid the 25 plus tax to get late prescriptions that I have to go pick up and would have gotten delivered for over a week past my last pill if I had waited. Just don't use this stupid site, find something better or you're gonna be out of pills probably every month

1st class service from enquiry to returning home glasses free. Praga Medica arrange everything but our flights . Hotel was less than a 5 min walk to the clinic . Praga Medica was recommended & did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, & I have done.

I have been dealing with Marek Health for close to a year now. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but overtime Marek Health has helped me reach my health and fitness goals.
